What are you currently trading?
I am currently trading options and futures. I originally started with forex when it was still the “Wild West,” with only a few platforms available to choose from. Over the last decade, I’ve enjoyed watching technology evolve, providing retail traders with more opportunities than ever before.
And where are you from?
I am from Seal Beach, CA. I lived in Orange County until 2004, when I moved to Northern California with my family. Since then, I have left California and now reside in Southern Utah, near Zion National Park.
So why did you become a trader?
I was drawn to trading by my deep interest in capital markets. I enjoy studying macroeconomics and understanding the structure of our monetary system.
My desire to become an investor grew from observing the increasing volatility in the corporate world, particularly concerning human capital. I realized that learning to trade as a skill would be a prudent way to generate income and secure financial independence.
And how did you connect with NetPicks?
I have been familiar with NetPicks for well over 10 years and have used many of the products they promote. As NetPicks grew, Mike needed assistance in managing the business, and I joined the team. I am excited to work with traders and help them develop their market education.

How many other courses, strategies, or systems did you try before finding your current method?
I have studied numerous trading programs, including those taught by professional bankers who “push a yard” in trading. Institutions dominate the markets—they are the “elephant” in the equation, controlling the flow of money worldwide. Understanding their strategies is essential for survival.
Over the last 25 years, I have witnessed the markets do incredible things. Understanding why these movements happen is key to making money. Since the markets are constantly evolving, ongoing education is crucial. My current trading style is based on present market conditions and requires continuous monitoring.
What are the top benefits members gain from the mentor classes and live training rooms? Why do you think the mentor class is so successful?
Having a mentor is crucial for overcoming the inexperience that comes with learning to trade. The greatest benefits come from a mentor’s ability to share insights on why the market is behaving in a certain way.
Trading is more of a psychological challenge than anything else. Executing a trade is easy—managing the emotional roller coaster that follows is the real test. Having a structured plan, with predefined rules governing your trades—whether they succeed or fail—is critical. This is where a mentor plays an essential role, helping traders stay disciplined and consistent in their approach.
Is there anything else you’d like to share with traders considering a NetPicks trading system?
I encourage anyone interested in trading to treat it like a business. Whether it remains a small business or grows into something larger, success depends on having the right tools, a solid plan, and a disciplined approach to managing both entry and exit strategies.
